Green Tea Powder

Green Tea Powder is a finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves similar to matcha. It is a different tea grade. 

500g of Matcha per bag. Average of 70 cups. 

GREEN TEA LATTE
TEA: 1 tsp (average 7-8gm) 
WATER: 88ml (3 fl. oz.)
WATER TEMPERATURE: 170°F (77°C)
WHISK TIME: 1 minute

Sift the powder into a measuring cup. Add the water and stir until no lumps remain. Stir in the honey. Add hot milk and serve.

For iced green tea latte, pour the green tea mixture into a tall glass of cold milk with ice.
